Jan Bajorek
Jan is Managing Director and tends to take the lead on new business and ideas development, client relationship management and project delivery.
Jan, is a Director of TLE who, after gaining a PhD in Chemistry and a Business Degree with distinction at MBS, spent five years with the former General Trading division (UAC) of Unilever in a range of operating roles, including spells buying lingerie for Africa and managing a liquor business in the Middle East. He then spent four years in UAC's corporate planning department, providing a range of operational and strategic services to various business units worldwide. Prior to founding TLE, he spent 10 years with Unilever's Corporate Development & Economics Group, working on in-depth competitor analysis, developing market and competitive strategies and identifying new business opportunities, in addition to contributing to Unilever's global strategy formulation.
